We want you to love your gear. If you are not satisfied, you can return items within 90 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition with tags. For used items, we offer store credit or exchanges on a case-by-case basis.

Oversized items require specialized handling and typically ship via freight within 7-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number and a call from the carrier to schedule a delivery window.
Do you offer professional bike assembly or ski tuning services?
Yes, our in-store technicians provide full-service bike assembly, ski and snowboard tuning, and racket stringing. You can book an appointment online or drop off your equipment at any of our locations.

Can I buy online and pick up my order in-store?
Absolutely. Select the 'In-Store Pickup' option at checkout. Most orders are ready within 2-4 hours, and you will receive an email notification as soon as your gear is ready for collection.
